Overview
ISIDUS training solutions cover a wide range of technology and soft skills courses. In keeping with our mission, we aim to provide customized training solutions that enable our clientele to increase the knowledge and core competencies, and therefore, the overall productivity of their workforce.
From identifying training needs designing an appropriate program and chalking out training schedule to actually conducting the training, we would like to be part of the complete cycle to provide optimum end-to-end solutions.

Isidus Methodology
To customize our Training programs for client’s satisfaction we believe in sharing thoughts between the consultant hired and the key decision makers in the client’s team before the contents are finalized, this helps in orientation of the consultant’s mindset in the changed environment, resulting in localizing the contents and leveraging the synergies from similar environments elsewhere. To ensure the best knowledge transfer, ISIDUS Performs a needs analysis that identifies staff members needing skills up-gradation,
- Helps employee transition from one technology to another
- Refreshes and/or builds on employees’ current skills
Instructional designers are available to customize any program, while programs are reviewed for their quality; instructors undergo a scrutiny of their program delivery styles and participants satisfaction.
In-house Training logistics
Isidus in-house training charges cover tuition, a full set of course notes and case studies per delegate or for a ideally considerd group size of 8 to 10. the trainers travel, accommodation and per-diem is additionally charged, we usually prefer the client company to arrange stay and travel for the trainer as this results in reasonable negotiated costs at the local place.
In particular, customers are responsible for (but not limited to) the provision of
- A suitably equipped training room
- Workstations, typically one per student, with all necessary software installed and configured
- Student workspace, typically a table/desk top, sufficient to accommodate the workstation, keyboard, mouse , A4 notepad
- Refreshments
- Whiteboard or flipchart, an LCD projector and a screen
In most of the cases we do not like to exceed 10 candidates though 8 is the ideal size however to be cost effective for our clients who have larger group size we can extend this number depending upon the training type at a nominal additional charge but not beyond a particular number which will hamper the personal attention required by each candidate.
In typical cases, when group size is large we also keep option to provide an assistant trainer to help the trainer in justifying required attention while candidates walkthrough practical exercise.
