Quantification
Although the Qualitative elements can never be hundred percent eliminated from projects ,processes and the methods adopted ,we always emphasize on maximizing the quantification of inputs and output as well the processes involved. We adhere to industry best practices , validate our outcome at each stage to take necessary corrective steps at an appropriate time. This is the key to deliver in time and with in budget.
For our training services we conduct a Pre training tests which helps us in understand the existing level of each candidate and thus we determine the thrust areas required at different stages of the learning curve, post training test on same attributes as pre training tests helps us identify the varience which is nothing but quantification of learning on each attribute. Higher positive varience reflects a well responded training design and its proper implementation.
In case of SW projects we strongly emphasize on preparing a reasonable estimate in the beginning of the SW project and attempt to calibrate the productivity hours for each phase of System Development lifecycle. We adhere to industry best practices and formal methods of estimating the size of a project and based on size the parameters for estimating the effort, schedule and cost.
